Great variety of artistic style and nice concepts

[[VIDEOID:32219641]]This book is filled with beautiful prints from professional illustrators. There are concept designs for creatures, vehicles, environment (sci-fi and fantasy) and a few sketches. Each illustration is explained by the respective artist the concept behind and sometimes the workflow. The technical quality of work is great, as one can guess by the names of artists included.

This is actually a portfolio art book and not one that teaches concept design. The variety of style is great and ideas amazing.

The book is hardcover and the illustrations are printed on semi gloss paper. A lot of illustrations are given full page treatment. Some are printed a double-page pull out. They look really great printed big.

In terms of focus, the 17 guest artists are given over 30 pages compared to the 120 pages for the featured concept designers. If you like to see more of their artwork, the short biography pages at the back contains their website addresses.

I did not know that healing of emotions could be so easy, simple and fast.

After studying and learning to use a variety of prayer approaches to heal emotions, I have been grateful for the help they helped with. Some approaches are easier with someone else helping.

The approach in this book is wonderfully simple and easy to use, alone or with someone else. I had no idea that it could be this simple, easy or fast.

For over ten years I have had difficulty walking, and within a week or so of learning this approach - and applying it to layers of pain, a sudden shift occurred. I still have to grow in strength and stamina, but I am now free of chronic pain, and am walking without aids for moderate distances that were not possible for me, before. Coincidence? I do not know. I simply am grateful and praise God.

I highly recommend this book.

Excellent. Relevant. Powerful.

I found it really encouraging, really insightful, and very much worth the investment of my time to read it. The lessons drawn from a very powerful movie really make his points clear and his lessons articulate.

There are a lot of books out there that aren't good nutrition for the soul or the spirit. This one absolutely is! That's normal for Praying Medic's books.[ASIN:B00HM9IBOO Praying Medic]

A great primer for people on spiritual warfare

WOW, this was exciting...

It is helpful to be reminded that we are in a real battle. For some of us that may be real warfare. I suffer with mental illness so I have battles with depression from time to time. I am learning that around the times I publish a new book comes intense warfare and even depression. More and more I am realising that my publishing ministry is a battle.

I was a person who enjoyed the movie American Sniper and so I enjoyed the re-telliing of that movie as Praying Medic made his points. I don't think people really understand we are in a battle. I first encountered real warfare when I started to do online prophecy for people. I soon realised that the enemy has an agenda to keep people bound. I loved the way that the author re-inforced that so much of our battle is won when we understand our true identity in Christ.

If you have not read anything about spiritual warfare, like me, this book is a good primer. I enjoyed it and it was a quick read. The author is very down to earth, transparent and he makes reading and understanding difficult subjects easier.
